Arizona Judge Slaps Down Allstate’s Weak Attempt to Dismiss Our Client’s Hail Damage Case
Not only did Allstate fail to fairly pay our client on their hail damage claim, they are also tried to have their case dismissed on summary judgment. As you can see from the judge’s order, linked below, the court was not fooled.
